Hi, I am 34 year old woman, my doctor prescribe me adova 1mg daily from 3rd day of my menstrual cycle for fertility treatment. it is safe or not?

I haven't found many details about this being a fertility treatment. I saw an internet pharmacy selling this in India and it is reported to contain the active ingredient Anastrozole, manufactured by Akumentis Healthcare. Here in the USA it is reportedly used in the treatment of breast cancer by inhibiting estrogens [1] - but because it does affect hormone levels I am wondering if it can be used as part of fertility treatments in other countries? Has anyone else been prescribed this drug and can share with everyone what their doctor said?
