They are both just nutritional supplements that contains vitamins believed to help with nerve pain and damage, but whether or not either will help depends on what's causing your problem.

Nurokind-LC: L-Carnitine, L-Tartrate, Methylcobalamin and Folic Acid.

Nurokind Plus: Methylcobalamin, Folic Acid, Vitamin B6 and Alpha Lipoic Acid.

That said, I wouldn't recommend your taking either one, without checking with your doctor, since you have gastritis. When your stomach is in such a condition, it can be irritated and this condition made worse very easily, so you have to be extremely careful of what you eat, drink and the medications you take.
