Tab Daflon 500mg

i am a DVT patent and i was taking warf 5mg tab. now the doctor has stopped them and asked me to take tab. daflon 500mg and tab ecosprin 75mg
so i wish to know in what this 2 medicine will help me to reduce my problem or not?

Extremely active 73yr old, just got a dvt lump at the back of my calf, doctors. Put me on daylong 500gm, I get dizzy when working hard in the garden, I sometimes get a sharp pain in my chest when bending down, my leg is a little swollen, it is a little red, and in the 34c heat in Spain I am working in my garden im sweating buckets,is this dvt or a Brocken vein?
