Tab Aspirin In Pregnancy

i hav completed my 7weeks of pregnancy and when i went for my u/s scan,doctor told me dat it showing only 5weeks gestation.i dont hav any other problems.she prescribed me aspirin 81mg for 2 weeks and follow up for scan after 2 weeks.i hav already taken 2 doses of aspirin.does it affect my baby?is this safe?

Aspirin is generally safe taken during the first 6 months of pregnancy and is often given because of its blood thinning properties. Basically it helps increase blood flow to the baby.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation and headache.
