From what I've gathered, "TX/PRO/DX INJ" reportedly stands for Therapeutic, Prophylactic, Diagnostic Injections & Infusions.
The code digits and text abbreviations as a whole are simply an admin/billing code used for various procedures & supplies that may be involved during such treatment.
