Tsh Levels And Treatment

My TSH level is 9.122, T3 level 1.01 and T4 level 8.14. I am not overweight. Is treatment required or not? I am a 60 year old male.

My TSH level is 9.122 uIU/mL under CLIA METHOD REF Tietz Clinical guide to lab tests my T3 is 1.01ug/mL and T4 is 8.14 if/mL I am 60 years old and not overweight and all other health parameters are normal.
