Tsh Is Very High 21.66

My TSH level has been reported to 21.66. It has been between 18 to 21 till now. I was taking Homeopathy earlier but now have stopped.
My Doc has suggested to take Thyronorm 50mcg. My weight although high (90 kg) but not increasing. I am 42 yrs.
Please suggest.

You should take the medication prescribed by your doctor.
The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes, mood swings, and hair loss.
Are you on any other medications?
