Re: Jewels (# 1) No it should not cause thinning of the blood. APAP stands for Acetaminophen which does not work the same way as Aspirin or Ibuprofen , and it does not cause blood thinning . And to confirm the original message, the tablet being described with inscription KALI 083 contains Acetaminophen 325 mg and Tramadol 37.5 mg, manufactured by Par Pharmaceuticals (NDC 49884-946 ) Inactive Ingredients: - Magnesium Stearate - Cellulose, Microcrystalline - Povidone - Starch, Pregelatinized Corn - Stearic Acid - FD&C Red No. 40 - FD&C Yellow No. 6 - Polydextrose - Polyethylene Glycol - Titanium Dioxide
