Thyronorm 125 Mcg

hello sir,

3 months back i had jaundice, hepatitics A. I was having best rest from then. But for last 15 days i am having fever.
I consulted an docter and i was askd to check leptosyprosis and TSG test. Both turned positive for me. I took Doxycycline and Thyronorm 125 mcg. but still i am having fever. body pain wat shld i do?
i check my bilurubin last day it was
total bilurubin .7
direct bilurubin 0.3
SPGT 41
test result turned out be normal.. but still i am facing all the symptms
