This contains the active ingredient Metformin, in a time released formulation, it is an oral antidiabetic drug, used to help lower and control blood sugar.

The usual dosage is 2 tablets daily, but you should follow whatever instructions your doctor gave you.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and flatulence.
