HI, IM CURRENTLY ON THE METHADONE PROGRAM.. I HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY OTHER OPIATE OTHER THAN MY PRESCRIBED METHADONE DOSE.. RECENTLY I HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR FENTANYL ON 2 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. HOW CAN THIS BE WHEN I HAVE NOT TAKEN THAT DRUG OR ANY OTHER OPIATE OTHER THAN MY METHADONE???

I tested the same im on 15mg of methadone and 30mg of oxycodone and they said I had oxymorphone and 1.0 fentanyl with incocsistant beside it how can this be
