Tcl 180 Orange Round Pill

TCL/180 on one side and plain on the other side of a round orange pill. I have been given this to give to my 86 year old blind woman patient.

Who gave it to you to give to her?

The marking, according to the manufacturer Time Cap Laboratories is actually TCL 081 and they list it as being a laxative. The FDA reports its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, stomach cramps, flatulence, and diarrhea.
