i Just want to know TAZLOC-H tablets are particularly used for which disease

I was not able to locate what the drug is prescribed for, I did however locate the active ingredients in the drug: Hydrochlorothiazide, HCTZ and Telmisartan. Micardis HCT like Tazloc-h has the same ingredients and it is used in the management of hypertension.
