Is Amlopres AT taken before or after Breakfast?

I have been taking amlopres AT 5 mg for the last 5 years and at times I skip my tablet in the morning 10 mins before breakfast. Will there be any problems if this is continued ?
For the last 10 days I have not been taking my tablet every morning only today I started taking it. Please let me know if there will be any severe problem. Actually, now I am feeling dizzy and light headed. Please help.
