Sysfol 5 Mg Pregnancy Safety

I have a normal size thickened endometrium uterus and I want to plan for pregnancy. My doctor suggested I use the 5mg Sysfol. As per the instructions of my doctor, can I use the Sysfol one month prior to my pregnancy?
