Cardispan contains the active ingredient Levocarnitine to boost metabolism, there are not interactions listed between using it with the Levothyroxine in the Synthroid, but you should check with your doctor to be certain.
Using the Cardispan this way is actually not approved in the U.S., so there may be some problems that are not listed in the regular medication databases.
