You are misunderstanding the names of the medication, there is Roxicodone and Oxycontin, they both contain the narcotic Oxycodone as the active ingredient, but the Roxicodone is a regular release formulation and the Oxycontin is a time released formulation.

As to the symptoms, it is going to vary from person to person and will depend on how much they are using, but some of them may be extreme drowsiness, sedation, dilated, fixed pupils and nausea/vomiting.
