Switching From Morphine Succ Ir 15mg.to Norco 10/325

I've been on Morphine 15mg. Succ IR for close to 2 months. I'm switching to Norco 10/325 in the morning. I'm wondering how many hours should be in between taking the morphine,and the Norco? I took my last morphine at 7pm tonight. Start Norco 10/325 around 7am.

Unless your doctor or pharmacist has instructed otherwise, you should be able to make a clean switch from one to the other.

The FDA does warn that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

Do you take any other medications?
