Switching From Meloxicam To Aleve
UpdatedHow soon after taking Meloxicam can I start taking Aleve? I've taken Meloxicam for two days and Aleve works better for me.

Unless your doctor or pharmacist states otherwise, you can usually just make a clean switch from on to the other at the next schedule dosing time.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
Are you on any other medications? That could also play a role in the answer.
