Switching From Lisinopril To Eritel For Hypertension
UpdatedI was taking lisnopril 10 mg and my bp was in control. Then I consulted my family doc. He gave me eritel 40, which is not working. My Bp is not lowering. Pls advise.

Not every medication works for everyone that tries it. You may need to go back on Lisinopril, or try something else entirely.
Why did he changed your medication, since the Lisinopril was working for you?
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
