Switching From 875mg Of Amoxicillin To 500mg Ampicillin

I just need to know if it's safe to switch to 500 milligrams of ampicillin within hours of taking 875 milligrams of amoxicillin?

Unless your provider has instructed otherwise, you can usually switch cleanly from one to the other. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
