Switching Antibiotics
UpdatedSwitching from Amoxicillin 875 to a z pack for sinusitis/bronchitis. Do I have to wait a day or just start on the next dose time?

Unless your doctor or pharmacist stated otherwise, yes, you should just switch at the next dosing time.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
Is there anything else I can help with?
