Switched From Synthroid
UpdatedIs anyone had allergic reactions to Levothyroxine? My neck is on fire and itching and the only change has been from Synthroid .75 to Levothyroxine .88. Last test showed 8.2 level after being on .75 for 6+ years.

It's possible to have an allergic reaction to anything you take, but isn't necessarily dependent on whether or not it has happened to anyone else.

However, since it's involving your neck, there is a chance that it may worsen and if it spreads internally, it could obstruct your breathing. Thus, you need to contact your doctor to discuss the problem.
How are you feeling today?
