Swelling Testies

One of my friend suffering form testis problem . his testis are swelling gradually n some times sever pain occurs n right testis swells largely ,what is the treatment for this with out operation who is he concern doctor

Hi sir.. I Have a problem with my testicals. it became so weak and loose. my age is 25, i dont know when in my early ages I played several outdoor sports, i met with little accidents to my testis while playing. What should i do.. I am so scared. Am I capable of marrying a girl?? i am loosing confidence in myself. Please tell me the tablets name or please suggest me the precise treatment to follow.
