Susten Use

Hello, I am 8 weeks pregnant and recently visited a gynac and she had advised me 100 mg Susten only in the evening. My husband advised for a second opinion and when we visited any gyanc, she advised 200 mg morning and evening quoting that I have been taking inadequate quantity. Could you please advise how can we know which is correct.
