Susten 200 - Availability In Other Countries

Hello. My wife is 5 weeks pregnant and she was taking Susten 200 as her doctor prescribed. I live in Bangladesh and I cant find this medication locally. My doctor in India said to use a similar generic medicine. But I am not willing to use any medicine prescribed by local doctors due to a lack of trust. Can you suggest what can I use or the generic name of this drug so that i can find any good alternatives locally. Please help us.

The generic for this would be Progesterone, she could also take another medication that contains it as the active ingredient, as long as the doctor approves.

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and PMS-like symptom.

How is she doing?
