Sumo And Soliwax Interactions

My doctor prescribed me sumo yesterday. I am suffering from an ear ache and the doctor gave me soliwax eardrops as well. I have to take sumo twice a day with my ear drops, is this safe? I'm asking this because I'm also going through psychiatric treatment and I have already informed both doctors of this.
