Kalium Durule is a generic for Potassium chloride.

Potassium chloride has many uses such as being a sodium-free substitute for table salt (sodium chloride). Research I have gathered states that Kalium Durule works by providing a direct replacement of potassium in the body.

Potassium chloride is in the class of drugs called potassium supplements that are used to prevent hypokalaemia.

NOTE: Orally, KCl is toxic in excess.

Sultamicillin is an oral form of the antibiotic combination (codrug or mutual prodrug) ampicillin/sulbactam. It contains esterified ampicillin and sulbactam.

Lactulose is a synthetic sugar used in the treatment of constipation and hepatic encephalopathy, a complication of liver disease.

I have fatty liver disease and recently have been having very bad indigestion ,sharp pains in my upper right side and a steady deep burning ache in my lower right side! I don't have insurance so there are no doctors that will see me. Any one else having same problems and what to do to ease the discomfort ??? Please help !!

first of all check with your local rural health a.nd apply for a sliding fee scale and get established with a doctor. I have hep c and I have gone from fatty liver to cirrhosis and my last check up shows cancerous cells. It is very painful and I stay tired all the time. I also was hit by a car while walking and was on 10/325 vicodin for 7 yrs and the doctors knew from the first visit that I had hep c but when I took a prescribed drug lyrica my ammonia level in my blood went to 171 which is very high but because of that i was cut off cold turkey but now I have a Dr. who understands that I cant live with all the pain I have I wish you luck for your fatty liver you can reverse that I take a tbsp. of red apple cider vinegar a day also cholesterol meds will help I didn't show to have high cholesterol because it was all going to my liver Good luck I hope I helped a little!!
