3 days on a sulfur drug and I can't sleep and have difficulty urinating since taking it. I quit after 5 days, but it is still hard to sleep and I still have a problem urinating which were both ok before taking this drug. It was prescribed to cure a sore beneath my nose caused by pneumonia and excessive nose blowing, which was cured by a prescription ointment.

What medication was it?
Was it an antibiotic containing Sulfamethoxazole, and Trimethoprim?
It can sometimes cause side effects like you've described, as well as nausea, dizziness, headache, and non-allergic skin rash.
