This is a cream or ointment sold in mexico used to treat infections of the skin and burns. It contains sulfur.

It is a sulfa drug that's an organosulfur compound. It was once used fairly commonly, until other less toxic options were found.

The toxicity of it is why it is no longer available in the U.S.

The American version is called silver sulfadiazine or the more common generic SSD cream. It is a prescription only cream so you need a doctor to get it. This cream is rarely used for anything but burns so it should only be applied as such.
