Every time I take this for bladder infections I get water blisters on my penis. My Dr.said it shouldn't do that but the only time this happens is when I take this drug. I do have minor bladder leakage. Could this be why the blistering happens or what else can it be? ## It is very difficult to say what may be causing it. using to prevent an infection, should ss, be used after the infection is gone.? ## I don't see what the point would be of using an antibiotic, after the infection has already been cleared up. If these mouth sores that you're describing are related to an infection, I can confirm that this medication is also used for treatment of both tooth and gum infections; although it does not specify if mouth sores are included in this category of treatment.
