Sulfamethoxazole W Tmp Susp And Sleep Problems

My 18 month old daughter was prescribed Sulfamethoxazole W Tmp Susp for a UTI and I was wondering if anyone has ever had problems with not being able to sleep while taking this medicine?

It is very difficult to say how a medication is going to affect anyone, because everyone's metabolism is different and this is especially true when it comes to infants.

There are some adults that have reported having this problem, so it really isn't too surprising.

Other side effects may include: nausea, skin rash and diarrhea.
