I have an white oval pill with imprints IP 272 on it. Is this Hydrocodone? ## No it is NOT Hydrocodone. This is Sulfamethoxazole 800mg + Trimethoprim 160 mg (NDC 0904-2725 among others). Sulfamethoxazole + Trimethoprim is a sulfonamide antibacterial combination of Trimethoprim and Sulfamethoxazole, in the ratio of 1 to 5, used in the treatment of a variety of bacterial infections.
