i took my last dose today have a rash on my arms legs begining to itch

Sulfamethoxazole with Trimethoprim is an antibiotic and it can cause a non-allergic skin rash as a side effect.

Have you consulted your doctor? They may be able to advise you of possible ways to alleviate this side effect.
