Sulfameth Trimethoprim 800 160 And Warfarin

Should I be taking Sulfameth Trimethoprim 800/160 while I am taking 4 mg of Warfarin daily?

Were these prescribed by the same doctor, so they are aware that you are taking both?

The Sulfamethoxazole in this antibiotic can cause increased plasma concentrations of the Warfarin, which can increase your risk of bleeding, so someone that is using both must be carefully monitored by their doctor, because their INR should be checked frequently.
