Unfortunately, since Echinacea and Goldenseal are both natural herbal products, they actually haven't been tested for possible interactions with prescription medications

And to be honest, if it were me, I wouldn't combine anything else with the Sulfamethoxazole/Trimethoprim, just to be extra cautious. As a sulfa based antibiotic, it's very well known to cause odd side effects in people, even if they aren't allergic to it, so I'd be very hesitant to take it with any medications that aren't life sustaining/necessary.

If you would have a weird reaction, it's just much easier to know exactly what caused it, so you can be properly treated immediately, if there's nothing else mucking up the mix.
