Sulfameth Antibiotic

I was wondering if there is a antibiotic that works like sulfameth/tmp DS? I found out that Im allergic to sulfameth but it was working on a skin condition that I have called Hydradinitis Suppativa (I know I spelled that wrong) Boil like infections. It also cleared up my rosasha on my face. Please help me. Thank you in advance.

I don't know what other antibiotics will work best for you since all medications can effect people differently; but there are some other more reliable treatment options out there for Hidradenitis Suppurativa.

As far as antibiotics go, were you taking them only for Hidradenitis Suppurativa, or for a different infection all together? Because some antibiotics that you take for a separate infection may work well for that infection, but at the same time would not be a good option for the Hidradenitis Suppurativa. Just something you'll want to discuss with your doctor if you have two different infections (make sure you take an antibiotic that is beneficial for both conditions).
