Sulfa Trim Ds

I was told to take 2 a day for 10 days. But i cant seem to handle taking them. Everytime I take it I throw up. Could it be that it is to strong? If so can i just take half a tablet or one a day instead of two? Wil it be as affective?

Have you consulted your doctor? You may need to try a different medication.

Sulfamethoxazole with Trimethoprim is an antibiotic and it can cause nausea, as a side effect, however, if it is that severe, you should consult your doctor about trying a different antibiotic.
