Just moved to Phx AZ, please help with finding a dr or pain mgmt who will prescribe 5-10mg oxycodone & 3 hydrocodone a day as only this combination is successful in handling my severe pain for 3 yrs but my new pain mgmt here will not allow the 2 together!! thank you for you help, most sincerely

Unfortunately, since in essence it is doubling up on the same class of medication, it's going to be very difficult to find a doctor that will prescribe both. Generally. a regular release, or instant release is prescribed along with a time released medication, but it is not common to be prescribed two regular release opiates.
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
