Sudden Side Effects

I've been on adderal 10 mg for about 2 years now. I usually take 1 daily and about 6 months ago I started occasionally taking 2 daily. It's never given many any side effects. But the last 3 days, when I take it I notice a heart flutter I can feel almost in my throat and a faint feeling about 2 hours after. This feeling has followed caffeine intake but I always drink caffeine when I take my adderal. Is this something I need to worry about? It's been scaring me. Has anyone else experienced this?

It would be best to have it checked out by your doctor, to be safe.

Since this medication is a stimulant, it can cause elevated heart rate, blood pressure and palpitations as side effects, as reported by the FDA. The caffeine could be exacerbating them, especially on any days you take 2 pills.

Have you also raised your caffeine intake or has it stayed about the same? Have you been taking in more sugary foods than usual?
