Sudafed Or Claritin Pill Markings

Hi... I need to know if Sudafed or Claritin have markings on their pills? A friend gave me them and said they were a decongestant such as Sudafed or Claritin but I am unsure if the product is Tylenol or something else? Please help.

They might have markings, depending on the manufacturer. Can you please post back with more details, such as any markings on them? That is what would enable me to identify a medication for you. Thank you!

The FDA lists the typical side effects of decongestants as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, nervousness, and dry mouth.
