These "Orange Half Moons" are thee best Subutex BY FAR on the market! I was taking 3 Oxycontin 80 mg pills per day and was prescribed this to get off of them. US Florida residents can print out a coupon online for Buprenorphine 8 m.g. @ 60 tablets you save $ 170.00. I do not have health insurance! ## Subutex, however, also carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Additionally, most doctors will not prescribe Subutex for most people, Suboxone is the preferred choice, unless it's being prescribed for a pregnant woman, or someone has a documented allergy to Naloxone. I am glad they are working so well for you. Can anyone else that's been on this medication chime in with their experi...

Anyway, I was given 8 mg..and I cut into 8 pieces because I was taking 1mg only..sometimes 2. Anyway..I want off of these ..my question, will I have bad withdraws when off? This is what worries me! Thanks.. Mary ## U am 3 days off narcotics for surgery. U can bresk any habit. I experienced nauseau x 1 day ## We're you taking subutex? Yes, any habbit can be broken..but my question is a serious one! I'm not taking because I'm abusing, I need them. Though I've been told the withdraws are sever even when taking 1mg daily! What were you taking? Thank YOU ## Hi Mary, Sorry to hear about your situation with Suboxone. The truth is that it really d...

Opiate agonist, looking for more information. ## The correct spelling of this drug is Subutex. ## What is the method for weaning off of Subutex? Should be on this short term or long term? I know there are alot of factors such as amount and length of opiate use but have always stopped cold turkey and cant find any answers on this suboxone or subutex. ## please can you tell me if it is possible for people who have been on subutex to come off it, or are they likely to be on for the rest of their lives? The reason i'm asking is that have been with a girl for 5 years now and she has not been able to stop this medication. many thanks ## I have been on subutex 8 mg 3x a day and half mg of klonopin 2x day and I have been on them for 3 years, well my Dr was going to quit the practice in Sept...

I have been on generic Subutex for about 3 years. Prior to that I was on Methadone then switched to Suboxone. At 1st I took the Methadone and Suboxone for MAT, as I used to abuse alcohol and drugs. I've been clean from all illicit drugs and alcohol for 9 years. I have severe chronic back pain, prior back surgery, now defective due to post surgery trauma. My doctor is going to switch me to Zubsol, it's the only thing my insurance will cover. Will Zubsol still help with the chronic pain. I can't and don't want to take any if the other narcotics. Subutex has both controlled my pain to a level that I can function on and I have never abused nor wanted to abuse it. I just don't know what to expect when I change the medication ??? ## Zubsolv contains Buprenorphine, and Nalo...

Ok. Can anyone help me find a website or websites that allow Medication Assisted Treatments (MAT) for Subutex and Suboxone patients? The doctors always want us to go to meetings but when you actually try to go to meetings NA doesn't condone MAT's to be a part of their program. So there needs to be online meetings for people that require medication and are in recovery. N.A. actually discriminates against us that are using medication (subutex, suboxone, methadone) to treat our addictions and it's just sad. We are people too and we are trying to better our lives. If I knew how to start one with online chat rooms, online meetings, etc I would. We need somewhere where we can tell our story and get the help we need and deserve. If there is such websites then I haven't been abl...

What is the difference between the large 8 mg subutex tablets and the small 8 mg subutex tablets? ## People argue that the large ones are stronger when they are the same milligram. Does anyone have some insight about this? ## The little 8 mg round ones with the arrow in the back of pill (prolly size of 5 mg oxycodone IR) are way better than Roxanne. They take effect faster and no filler and the plus it's so much smaller. Trust me, they work faster and last longer and have a cleaner bupe feeling. Btw, I hate suboxone - it's way diff. ## What is the difference between the subutex with the 54-411 and the one with just an 8 on them? ## I believe the color makes a difference.

I took an 8 mlg subutex about 24 hours ago. Is it safe to take roxicodone or other pain meds? ## No, they need to be separated by about 72 hours, in order for the other pain medications to be effective. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Subutex has no opiate blocker in them so you should be fine... suboxone on the other hand has an opiate blocker therefore depending on your body's tolerance and whatever you may or may be able to take other opioids... But I know from experience Subutex is different from suboxone, another opiate medication should work. ## I took a 1/4 dose of Buna...

I am looking for affordable Subutex, suboxone, buprenorphine doctor in Utah near the Salt Lake Valley or North Salt Lake, I just lost my insurance and I don't have a lot of money. I have been on subutex for 4 years and I have been without and am very very sick. I can't get out of bed and I am just trying to survive one minute at a time. If anyone can help me at all it would be very much appreciated. Thanks. ## You need to go to the emergency room bring proof because they're gonna wanna know I don't know if you have old prescription bottles if you have your medical records anything that can prove that you plan on {edited for privacy} ## Hello, Brielle! So my Pain doctor got shut down been going for 15yrs saw about 5 different docs in that span of time. Now I'm trying to find a new one and it's near impossible!! So I was not gonna be stupid and go into withdraws. So I went to a sub doc immediately. Got in right away and Ben on subutex for almost a month while I try and find a new pain doc and it's crazy with all the new laws and South Florida running dry of docs. I find myself not being accepted anywhere. I don't know what to do. A couple of places told me,over the phone theirs no way I. gonna get close to what I've been prescribed for 4 yrs plus now 120 30mg oxycodone IR'S and oxymorphone 30mg ER'S 60!! My mom and I have been seeing the same dr for many years. Seeing my mom for 4 and me for 2. Before that I saw a different Dr for 4 years. Health Connect recently bought them out and now they aren't letting them prescribe Subutex. They gave us 3 months of meds and said they would send us referrals for other Dr's in the mail. We never got the referrals. It's hard enough to find a good Dr, much less one as cheap as the one we were seeing ($50 every other month or when we had it), but they never sent anything. My mom called 2 times asking about it and they told her each time that they sent it. Finally after days of bugging them they gave her the name of one Dr - a Dr that isn't currently taking patients. Now we have been kicked to the curb with no help. Aside from not having...

I've been a Subutex patient for a year taking 8mg a day. If I get in an accident, how can a doctor treat me for pain. I've been worried about this ever since I started and I haven't spoke to my doctor yet. I sincerely do not care about getting high anymore and this really bothers me. Can somebody please help? Thank you! ## There is no need to worry, they will be able to treat you. Subutex only contains the active ingredient Buprenorphine, it does not contain the added Naloxone that Suboxone does, which is the ingredient that neutralizes other opiates. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thank you! That...

I am an addict who has successfully utilized Suboxone & Subutex as a means to keep a handle on my addiction. Medicare assigned HUMANA to me as my primary care insurance co Humana has denied payment for my prescription, claiming it is not formulatory. I appealed this decision & was denied M Dr.s. office has provided all documentation required them, proof that I attend substance abuse classes, I take periodic UA's and am in fact following through with all requirements, but I am STILL being denied!!! Please!, what can I do? ## Hi Sharky, Sorry to hear about your situation with the insurance company not wanting to budge. From my experience these types of companies can often be very difficult to work with, especially at times when you may need them most! It sounds to me like your...

I am an addict and did control my addiction with suboxone. From the beginning it made me sick to my stomach I stayed swollen, and never had any gritty up and go about myself. Well I tried the subutex on my own and the stomach issues were gone the swelling subside and I have more energy and gumption to get out and enjoy life. I am very low income and rely on my family for transportation. If anyone can give me names of doctors that will prescribe me the subutex in or close to Beckley west virginia and/or in Logan west virginia and accepts Medicaid I would forever be thankful for your help. Thank you for helping me out.

My hubby and I found 2 of these pills. They are shaped like a stop sign, orange in color and have N8 on one side with a wierd shape on the other. Please anyone who might know -------- Help!!!!! ## This is something called Subutex, it has 8mg of buprenorphine and 2mg of naloxone. It is used to help people detox from opiates such as vicodin, percocet, lortab, etc. The bupreorphone is used to help the withdrawal symptoms and the naloxone is to prevent a person from abusing the bupreoprphone, such as crushing it and snorting it or taking too many. ## umm... sorry but you are wrong. Subotex is a WHITE pill, that is oblong shaped and small. The orange pill that is shaped like a stop sign that you found is called a suboxen, which is an opiate blocker. Subotex is a varied form of the orange pill...

I am detoxing off 130 mg tht I have been on for 6 years. I need a doctor in VA or NC, I live near Norfolk. Everyone wants to prescribe suboxone but my doctor warned me that if I take suboxone and have ANY methadone in my system that it will throw me into SEVERE withdrawal. Also, we are going to be trying for a baby soon so I cannot take Suboxone while breastfeeding. If you know of a doctor in or around Norfolk VA that can prescribe Subutex, not Suboxone please notify immediately. ## Really, the same doctors that prescribe Suboxone can also prescribe Subutex. Learn more Suboxone details here. However, they are most likely going to want you to start with Suboxone, then switch to Subutex, when you are pregnant. They will just have you wait, until you are in full withdrawal to start the med...

I'm a recovering opiate addict needing to find a physician in Valdosta Georgia who will prescribe me methadone or subutex. I've been on methadone for a year, at 145 mg, and am waiting on my disability. I need somewhere I can go once a month. I have good drug panels and I'm compliant, but I need help. ## Unless you are pregnant, or have some other medical reason, such as an allergy, that doesn't prevent you from taking Suboxone, most doctor's will require you to take it, rather than Subutex. You can use the search link on the site below to find a doctor in your area that treats with it.
