I don't like telling people I'm on Subutex. Can someone tell me if subutex contains aspirin? ## Hello, Jen! How are you? No, Subutex contains the active ingredient Buprenorphine. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
Good evening. I was a opiate addict before five years. I went to a rehabilitation program for six months but did not succeed. What saved me was subutex. Here in Greece the subutex can fetch only going to state drug substitution organization. In the state program should be going every two days, morning to give u the medicine, which is very hard for someone like me who is working. There I also said that this program does not work in my area but 80 km away, which makes it even more difficult. Without it I'm a mess. I went to my doctor who wrote sedatives and antidepressants but without the subutex I do not feel good. I am desperate and I want help. Please can someone help me?
Updatedhow much urine does it take to test for subutex? does it take the entire bottle or just a little bit? ## It actually depends on the type of test being used. There are some that just dip a strip of paper type substance into the urine to detect certain drugs and, if that is the type used, then a very small amount is needed. However, there are more scientific lab tests that would require larger amounts. Learn more Subutex details here. Many doctors will want a full bottle, so they have enough to do several tests, if necessary. Are there any other questions or comments? ## I have Crohn 's disease & got hooked on a lot if opiate painkillers. After yearsstruggling, being very addicted and out if control I discover subutex. Now it also seems just as addicting as the pain meds. I've ...
My girl is currently taking subutexs and 2 mg klonipins twice a day and where trying to have a baby does it affect the chance of getting pregnant or making a ovulation test read negative? ## Hello, David! How are you? No, they should not have any effect on fertility. However, both are listed by the FDA as having the potential to be addictive, so before becoming pregnant, she should consult her doctor as she may need to stop the Klonopin and will need to be monitored on the Subutex. The FDA lists other side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and constipation. If her ovulation test is negative, then she isn't ovulating and should also consult her doctor about that. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Not right now thanks for the info if I ha...
I've been on subutex for pain management for a while now.. My prescribed dose is 3 8mg a day but I only take 1 8mg a day now. June 1st of this year I lost my still born son at 8 months. We named him, held him, took pictures (which I can't bring myself to even look at yet) and have his hat/blanket in a bag (which I keep as a shrine and have yet to be able to open yet either) even had him baptized.. Ever since I have been SUFFERING with severe anxiety/panic attacks and PTSD with two small kids to care for everyday while my husband works until midnight. Every minute of every day I see a reel in my head on loop of all the events that took place that weekend.. On Top of it I have hyperthyroidism which they both the anxiety and hyperthyroidism feed off each other doubling my anxiety s...
I have a quarter piece of subutex and 10 hours ago I took suboxone so is it ok for me to take the subutex? I'm in withdrawal right now and need something, or will the suboxone block the effects of the subutex?? ## Hello, Brownie! How are you? Subutex contains Buprenorphine, just not the Naloxone that is also in Suboxone, so it should be find to take, as long as your doctor approves. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I just waited till today and I get prescribed suboxone not subutex I found that that's y I was asking!!
Iam 48going to subutex clinic for first time. I have been to pain clinics before but iam came to point in my life. I want to stop chasing pain pills and get on subutex .ive tried them and they take craving away and pain do u think ill get a scipt. I am going to mason ohio ## Hello, Melissa! How are you? It depends on the doctor there and what his policy is, this medication is meant to treat hard core addiction and not the use of just regular prescribed opiates. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Can you post back and let me know how your appointment went?
Hi my name is Chloe. I have been on a script now for just over a year. was on methadone. But now am on subutex. Im abit worried as you are meant to let subutex dissolve under your tongue. But I have never been able to do that as I gag and throw up. I crunch them with the front of my teeth and swallow very quickly with water. Can this cause me problems coming off subutex or cause me harm inside my tummy? I was on 6mg 3 tablets daily now im on 2mg 1 tablet daily. Also I keep having spouts of time where im sick every morning badly being sick. No explanation. And then im fine a wk or 2 then the vomiting again. This was my first time being on a script and H was never really my thing, so I do not ever use or take H, and stopping subutex is a must, but am so scared im gonna feel bad in the pro...
I was on subutex for 5 years and been clean now for two weeks and feel I like I have cracked it ## Hello, Julie! How are you? Congratulations! It may take a month, or so, before you start to really feel back to normal. The FDA lists the typical withdrawal effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, fever, chills, rebound pain, depression and diarrhea. Have you experienced any of these symptoms?
What does all subext look like ## I'm unable to post a photo due to copyright reasons. However, there are far too many pill images of subutex (buprenorphine) to link to as it is. But if it's still of any help, here is the description for a few tablets that I managed to come across on the internet: - A round white pill with 54 411 on one side and blank on the other, contains 8mgs of buprenorphine hydrochloride. - An orange oval pill with 153 on one side and a half moon logo on the other, contains 8mgs of buprenorphine hydrochloride. - A white oval pill with B8 on one side and scored on the other, contains 8mgs of buprenorphine hydrochloride. - A white oval pill with the letter "b" on one side and 798 on the other, contains 2mgs of buprenorphine hydrochloride. Do you have ...

I need subutex in Spokane wa ASAP pls email ## In general, I think pain management doctors would be less reluctant to prescribe Subutex than a regular primary care physician; mainly because they are constantly dealing with patients who are on opiates and this includes those who are also tapering and going through withdrawals as well. So, if you're looking for any sort of doctor, look for a pain management one. I may not have a doctor I can refer you to, but I can provide you with a couple links that may be of service to you in so far as locating pain management doctors within your general area... Input your city or zip code for narrowed results: {link removed because site no longer exists} wellness.com/find/pain%20management%20specialist I'd consider calling up a number of them ...
I caught my partner abusing subutex on more than one occasion. I would like to know if he's getting an opiate-like effect from doing so, as he always hides it from me? ## Absolutely. I've done it for years. ## Hello, Andora! How are you? Yes, Doc is correct! Subutex contains the opiate Buprenorphine and some people will feel high or euphoric from taking it. The FDA even warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause other side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
Im on day 3 of subutex withdrwals. I read a lot of horror stories about coming off this drug but so far it has been a lot easier than I expected but I've been told that it may get worse on day 4 or 5. So far nights have been the worst part, can't sleep as my legs have a mind of their own and keep having spasms. No sickness yet and feeling ok by day apart from tiredness and only being able to stand for short periods of time. I put off giving up sooner cause i thought it was going to be hell and I'm praying it won't get much worse in the next few days cause I can cope well if it stays as it is now. ## Well I'm on day 5 now and it hasn't got any worse i even did an hours gardening yesterday although it realy did drain me. Still need some sleep. ## Hello, Jo! How are...
Hi I would love some info from anyone that may have been through my situation or something similair. I have to have my wisdom teeth cut out tomorrow. Now I am taking 10 mg of subutex each day. I was told by my doc to skip my subutex today and by tomorrow the pain meds would work. Take pain meds no more than 2 days and then on the 3rd morning just go back on the subutex. My question is this, is stopping the subutex today enough time that I will be able to feel the pain meds which will be norco 10 mg by tomorrow? I am also afraid I am going to cause the precipitated withdrawals I've read about or that I'm gonna be in withdrawal while taking the norcos for pain those couple days. Please any info would be so appreciated. ## Did everything work out? Usually, Subutex needs to be stopp...
I have been stable on 2mg subutex and was tapering. I was on 2 pills a day. When I went to my last appt. the MD sent wrong script. Sent 60 8mg tabs instead of 2mg. They lasted me until last week. Unfortunately I was discharged from clinic for not answering a call when my voicemail was full. I had no clue they even tried to call me. I am a nurse and have access to all trigger meds. I don't want to use but it may be my only option. I need a MD in southwestern pa. My prior clinic is full. I am struggling here. If anyone can help me I would be so grateful. I have been stable for so long. I feel like I'm about to loose it all.

How are you? You can use the website Suboxone.com click here to search for doctors in your area. Their contact information will be included, so you can contact them to see if they accept your insurance and are taking new patients. I get 60 of the 54 411 subutex a month. Need to save. What is the best discount card to use and what pharmacy do I use it at to get the best price? if anyone can give info on actual price with card savings and where, you'd be helping so much. please help me. I'm in Ohio if that matters. I just need input to compare prices for actual savings. When you call the pharmacy they won't tell what card will save me the most. ## Hi David, This site actually offers a drug discount card that can save you anywhere from 15% to 75% off your Rx, potentially cutting the cost drastically. You can view more details about it on the following link: RX Savings Card However I think the only way to find out what exact percentage you'd save "ahead of time" would be to actually go to the ...
I am writing this ONLY to give insight on what I have gone threw. For the last few weeks I have read about everything I can online. I was addicted to oxycodone for 3 years making monthly trios to Florida to get my scripts which would be roughly 300 30mg oxycodone and 90 2mg Xanax. Well, I knew that had to stop after 3 unsuccessful attempts at rehab I finally stuck with it and was placed on suboxone 8mg sublingual films. I weaned myself down to 2mg then 1mg (weaning from 2mg to 1mg was hell for me) I couldn't sleep, eat, I was so irritable I couldn't stand myself. So I decided weaning down wasn't for me at this point im jumping off and I did. I did it for a week and although after about 5 days I was a tad better it was horrible on day 8 I ended up with kidneystones, hydro nep...
