Substituting Different Milligrams Of Losartan

Can I take two 25 mg tablets instead of one 50 mg? My doc has me on 50 mg once daily, but I'm waiting on my mail order Rx and still have 25's that haven't expired yet. Maybe 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening until my 50's arrive?

Yes, you can do that, it would be the same as taking 50mgs.

The FDA does warn that you may experience more side effects for a few weeks, which may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
