Substitute For Asomex 5 Mg

Presently I am using Asomex 5 mg -one per day for Hypertension. Can I use Drulong (5 Mg) instead as its composition is similar to Asomex 5mg.

I am using asomex 7.5 mg daily for hypertension but my bp is not controlled yet. Can I take 10mg of asomex in divided dose in morning and evening.
