Substitute Drug For Enzyme That Helps Digestion

about a decade ago I was prescribed a medicine which helped me digest food instantly. Dr said it was an enzyme substitute. is it correct or is it available now for use. What is it. pl?

I'm certain there are many different enzyme substitute pills out there, but it would be difficult to pinpoint the one you are talking about without a name. my advice, if you are still seeking out enzymes to enhance your digestion; then stick to eating primarily lots of fresh fruits and veggies in their raw state. They naturally have the proper enzymes to heal your intestines and improve digestion over a period of time. Keep at this lifestyle and you won't need to take these digestive pills ever again, among numerous other benefits.
