Subs Got Me Going In Circles

I got addicted to methadone about 2 years ago decided to get of methadone and started taking suboxone to avoid the withdrawals fast forward 1 year later and I'm now trying to get off the suboxone I took methadone for 12 days and thought I would be over the worse part, wrong! A buddy of mine got me some 15mg Morphine pills which I took immediately because I felt like crap so my question is am I just setting myself up for failure because it just seems like I'm going in circles
