I been on suboxone for a year and tried to cut back on my own and the suboxone doc found out by a drug test I didn't have enough in my system. He put me on probation, a drug test weekly and I missed a drug test and they won't call me back. Any suggestions? ## I am afraid that you really have no recourse, your only option is to try and find another doctor. There are federal laws that govern the use of Suboxone, which a doctor must follow, in order to get his waiver to prescribe it and that includes the regular testing to make sure someone is taking it, as prescribed. I have been on suboxone for 2 yrs now. I recently relapsed and started taking 3 7.5 vicodine a day. How long do i need to wait until I can start taking suboxone again without going in withdrawl ## Suboxone contains the narcotic Buprenorphine and Naloxone, which prevents the abuse of other opiates, while you are on it. This means that you have to be in full withdrawal, before starting Suboxone, otherwise the Naloxone will cause severe withdrawals. Are there any other questions?

My doctor issued a letter to all his subox patients this week saying that we have to up our usual monthly urine tests, to weekly!! And that its mandatory! PLUS, that we must go to either group or private therapy on a regular basis.Out of our own pockets of course. Is this true? He tried doing this a while back too. Same letter basically. It stated that if you don't comply, then you are kicked out of the program. It was never enforced & eventually never heard another word about it, until now that is. I have NEVER failed a single urine test & follow his instructions to the letter. im on felony probation have violated twice due to failing drug test ihave been to rehab 4 times na alone obviously does not work for me tried methadone a few years ago it was a terrible failure for me i decided a couple of months ago to try suboxone it has been a tremendous help so far i have no desire to go back to go back to iv drugs and look forward to being off suboxone in time as well i took a urine test at my last probation appointment it showed a false positive for oxycodone so it was sent to a lab for confirmation. will the lab identify suboxone or just confirm no oxycodone? ## It really depends on what type of test they are using, most just check for the presence of narcotics, not a specific one, since they break down into very similar metabolites. Hi...this is my first time posting here. I've recently been taking 6-9 30mg roxicets a day for about 8-9 months. My habit started off slowly like all do,I started taking a half a day and slowly increased as time went on due to my tolerance build up.12 days ago i stopped and went to suboxone and i,ve been taking 8mgs a day for the past 12 days...4mgs in the morning and 4mgs at night. how long does saboxin stay in ur system ## It can vary, depending on how long you have been taking and how high of an amount, but generally 48 to 72 hours. However, if you are using it under a doctor's orders, all you have to do is tell them of that when you go in for a test, though they do have the right to ask for proof. I am on suboxone to get off my pain med. addiction. I am doing well, however, now and than I do get a strong desire to still get a buzz. What can I take to get this which won't interfere with my suboxone? I know, I shouldn't be taking anything, and I might not. Just in case I do want to know thanks

i go to the methedone clinic and i am on 90 mg. a day and i go once a week and i get 6 day take outs and it seems to me that when i go on friday my orange wafers are fresh for that day i watch the nurse put them in water, as for the other 6 bottles they are alredy premixed with water so i somewhat feel my medicine on friday, as the week goes on 2-3 days later i do not feel like i have taken anything it feels less potent, does anyone know if it loses potentecy for being in water for a week or two ## my oppioion is suboxone is alot better a family dr can give it to u medicade will pay for it and u get a 30 day supply ## I'm on 50ml of methadone a day and it totally works... no cravings, for the first time in 10-12 years i truly feel in control of my body, mind and soul. how long after detoxing should cymboxin be taken? ## The length of time that Suboxone should be used is dependent on how severe a person's addiction was, before they started treatment. In addition, Suboxone itself contains a narcotic, Buprenorphine and should not be stopped abruptly, to enable a person to become drug free, it has to be slowly tapered down in its dosage. This is why it can only be prescribed by doctors that have undergone special training in its use for addiction treatment. can i take tramadol for toothache pain while on suboxone? ## I want to get off my Heroin habit. Can I just take Suboxone, for 3 or 4 days, without worrying about getting a Suboxone habit. I just want to wean myself off, my heroin habit + get on with my life. I'm not interested on replacing one drug for another cause I already been on that road before. Can somebody tell me if I be alright? Please help, I would greatly appreciate it.

im always taking percocets ## You would need to check in your area and see if there is a doctor the provides Suboxone treatment and it is only intended to be used by those with a severe opiate addiction. It contains a very potent narcotic Buprenorphine, as well as Naltrexone, to prevent someone using other opiates, while they are under treatment with it. It would also not be free, even if a doctor gave it to you in their office. Are there any comments or questions?

pinkheart shape pill ## The pink Suboxone tablets are 6 sided, the have an N8 on one side and a design that looks like a sword on the other, this is the 8mg tablet. There is also one that is a peach color, the only difference in the marking is that it has an N2 on it. Are there any questions or comments?
