Struggling With Pregnancy After Having Implanon Removed
UpdatedHi - just wondered if anyone else is struggling to get pregnant after having implanon.
I have it removed 2 years ago and it took 7 months for me to get a period and when I did the pain made me faint. My periods only now last one day but do come every 28 days...
I have been to see my doctor and he was not interested as I already have one child and because of my age 28. I am convinced my hormones are not right? Thanks :)

You are likely on the right track, both hormonal contraceptives, and your age can contribute to your hormones being off.

What type of doctor did you consult, was it a gynecologist, or just a general practitioner? It would likely be best for you to consult a different doctor.
Are you on any medications?
