I was adised to take STROCIT-500 mg tablet (twice a day) to counter syringomylia. I have been operated thrice in a span of 23 years to counter this. First, peritonial shunt during 1988, laminectamy during 1993 and stem cell theraphy during Jan 2010.

Pl advise / inform me any advanced treatment is available to counter syringomylia by which I am suffering from, difficulty in speaking, swallowing, spitting, double-vision, weakness in grip, no sensation of heat / cold and pain.

I am taking 'strocit 500' prescribed by neurologist as the
CT brain -plain-scan impression says 'Lacunar infract posterior part of left external capsule'. Dosage 1-0-1 for six weeks. Is it harmful if I continue more than 6 weeks.My MRI BRAIN with MRA scan is O.K.
